Supply Chain Logistics Recruitment Specialist

Job Title
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for supply chain logistics roles.
- Identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Evaluate resumes and applications based on required skills and qualifications.
- Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions in supply chain logistics.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Complete paperwork for new hires, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Cultivate business development and client relationship management opportunities.
- Provide input into companies services and future directions, leveraging expertise in supply chain logistics.
The ideal candidate will possess formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering and proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics. Key requirements include:
- Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering.
- Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory).
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and supply chain logistics principles.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and also part of a team.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics (mandatory).
- Interest and ability to approach new clients and manage ongoing relationships.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR consulting professionals.
- Continuous improvement approach to work processes.
Must have working rights in Australia.
