Job Title: Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary:

The role involves leading, developing and managing a technical team in the delivery, operation and support of enterprise infrastructure to ensure defined service levels are met.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with other operations teams within the branch to align and integrate operational services, processes and service levels across the branch.
  • Managing the provision and implementation of enterprise infrastructure and assets in accordance with the defined implementation plan for resource capacity to optimise infrastructure.

Responsibilities Will Also Involve:

  • Analysing ongoing operational performance of the UNIX Infrastructure team by developing, implementing and maintaining workforce and operational business plans.

Requirements For Success In This Role Include:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / change / release / configuration management.
  • Proven understanding and high level technical knowledge in technology domains including Oracle Solaris / Oracle Cluster / Solaris zones, Red Hat Linux and SAN storage and ZFS Pools.
  • Well-developed management skills and knowledge including planning, managing resources, process compliance, budget preparation and financial management.
