Job Title: Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist to support our mission systems and end users with their day-to-day activities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining system documentation, administrator, and service accounts
  • Tuning system performance for optimal results
  • Installing system-wide software packages
  • Allocating mass storage space efficiently
  • Utilizing enterprise-wide monitoring platforms to identify issues
  • Taking corrective action to resolve problems in the infrastructure environment

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects and develop your skills in ITIL and SharePoint Administration through on-the-job training and external courses.

We require a self-motivated and driven individual with 1-2 years' experience in IT, preferably in the public sector or defence sector. You must be an Australian citizen with an NV2 or higher Security Clearance.
