Lead Enterprise Infrastructure Strategist

Our Brisbane-based team is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Infrastructure Strategist to lead our efforts in shaping the future of our infrastructure platform.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise-grade infrastructure and have a proven track record of designing and implementing strategic plans to meet existing and future requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and training plans for the infrastructure team and platform.
  • Conducting research and making recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards to support infrastructure procurement and development efforts.
  • Managing risks and associated controls across the infrastructure platform.
  • Establishing performance monitoring and metrics-driven processes to ensure quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure.
  • Defining hardware and software standards in conjunction with owners and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a highly skilled technical team to deliver outstanding results and value for the business. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
