**Job Title:** Integration Specialist

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of enterprise service levels by managing and implementing policies, processes, and standards for technical configuration of the enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Ensure compliance and optimal performance of enterprise service levels by managing and performing the dissemination and implementation of policies, processes, and standards for technical configuration of the enterprise infrastructure.
  3. Optimise costs of service delivery by designing and developing improvements in particular technology domains within the enterprise infrastructure.
  4. Maintain and manage effective working relationships and engage with third parties that provide technical support for the enterprise infrastructure.
  5. Assist in the management of the team's budget, in accordance with the appropriate financial delegations, including developing, and contributing to, funding strategies and budget submissions.
  6. Assist in the leading and mentoring of the team at strategic and operational levels in the integrated operation of complex enterprise information systems to achieve defined service levels.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident/problem/change/release management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse activities and priorities across organisational boundaries to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer-focused ICT environment. Experience in negotiating and managing service level agreements with emphasis on a strong customer focus.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively with people including senior business and technical stakeholders to make decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead, and mentor a team of technical specialists.
