We are seeking a dedicated and patient team player who is eager to learn and make a difference to our customers. As a Client Relations Centre Ambassador, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound customer contact, facilitating online sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate online sales and meet sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with Cartier policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or contact centre/eCommerce.
  • Customer service and sales oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Tech savvy with experience in SAP CRM or Salesforce.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends.
