Job Title: Client Relations Executive

At Remote Staff, we're seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and preserving trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a low staff turnover rate, and resolving conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with administrative assistance, including GES tracker management
  • Client onboarding and integration
  • Conflict resolution and mediation
  • Periodic consultation, feedback gathering, and analysis
  • Retention management of Remote Workers
  • Identifying and pitching for additional staffing needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of work-related experience
  • Exposure to interacting with global clients
  • Preferrable with account management, relationship management, and business development experiences
  • Strong attributes include:
