We are seeking a dedicated and patient team player who is eager to learn and make a difference in our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle both inbound and outbound customer contact to provide exceptional service.
  • Facilitate online and phone sales to meet set goals and objectives.
  • Deliver a seamless remote experience across all channels of communication.
  • Drive a client-centric approach to each interaction, fostering strong connections.
  • Follow Cartier policies and procedures as outlined during training and guidelines.
  • Proactively offer solutions and maintain open communication with clients, especially in cases of complaints or operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.
  • Escalate emergency system issues to the team leader in a timely manner and report findings on system improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or contact centre/eCommerce, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with Mandarin fluency a bonus.
  • Technical proficiency in SAP CRM and Salesforce, with flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends/public holidays if required.
