Emergency Response Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and knowledgeable Emergency Response Specialist to represent our interests within the contractor network.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.

The position requires residence in Florida and involves traveling across the network to build relationships, discuss performance, provide advice, and help contractors fulfill programs to enhance efficiency and increase member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit, select, and onboard contractors by analyzing metrics, screening potential contractors, acting as a consultant, facilitating contracts, orienting new contractors, and coordinating training.
  2. Enhance contractor business performance through regular visits, monitoring KPIs, managing costs, developing improvement plans, adjusting territories, managing renewals, recognizing high performers, and discussing growth strategies.
  3. Resolve member complaints and claims by conducting investigations, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.
  4. Complete administrative duties related to ERS assistance during emergencies, including documentation, researching best practices, promoting products, and coordinating meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid State driver's license and good driving record
  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive or customer service roles
  • Experience coaching and developing others
  • Automotive repair technical training
