Job Description

The Field Service Associate is a key role responsible for representing the company at client sites. This individual will manage the company's inventory stored onsite, including restocking, receiving, and inventory counts. They will also identify opportunities for growth and coordinate with the Safety Advisor to ensure successful relationships.

The Field Service Associate plays a crucial part in providing an exceptional customer experience by executing timely and accurate VMI counts and vending machine replenishments. They will communicate directly with customers, providing timely and accurate information, and collaborate with the sales operations/client relations group and operations management as needed.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, maintain a predetermined daily schedule, and possess mechanical aptitude to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting. They will also have excellent communication skills to interact with on-site management, technical personnel, end users, and Arbill staff.

The Field Service Associate may be required to operate a forklift or other machinery to complete tasks and provide training to end-users on the use of vending equipment. They will also coordinate with the Client Relations group to manage and execute client needs and requests.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous VMI/Vending experience
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
  • Ability to travel between sites
  • Must be able to successfully complete background check and drug screen
