Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Department Manager to join our team at Kmart Group. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth in your designated department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop Your Team - Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, providing coaching and guidance to ensure team members reach their full potential.
- Drive Sales Growth - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in your department, working closely with the sales floor team to achieve targets.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service - Ensure all customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage Department Operations - Oversee the day-to-day operations of your department, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
Requirements
- Experience - Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar department or store environment.
