Payroll Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at a leading logistics business in Felixstowe. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing employee wages and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate wages and salaries using internal payroll software
  • Apply statutory deductions and manage employee data in accordance with GDPR
  • Produce electronic payslips and HMRC required documentation
  • Answer pay-related queries and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Experience in payroll software and knowledge of payroll legislation
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
