We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at a leading logistics business in Felixstowe. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing employee wages and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Calculate wages and salaries using internal payroll software
- Apply statutory deductions and manage employee data in accordance with GDPR
- Produce electronic payslips and HMRC required documentation
- Answer pay-related queries and provide excellent customer service
- Experience in payroll software and knowledge of payroll legislation
- Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Permanent position with a competitive salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
- Opportunity for an annual performance-based bonus
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and private healthcare
