About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Ultimate Motorbikes. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales and customer service processes
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of sales leadership and a strong understanding of the motorcycle industry. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

You will have a deep understanding of sales processes and procedures, and be able to analyze data to inform business decisions. You will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
