Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Culinary and Front of House teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, standards, and procedures
  • Monitor alcohol beverage service in accordance with local laws
  • Strive to improve service performance and set a positive example for guest relations
  • Assist Talent on the floor during meal periods and high-demand times
