About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a high-performing team to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to deliver premium service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective labour management strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol and licensing regulations
  • Provide expert knowledge of international and Australian wines to enhance the guest experience
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or management role in a premium/hatted setting
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and consistent service standards
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage labour costs and sales targets
  • Sound understanding of responsible service of alcohol and licensing regulations
  • Ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team to achieve business objectives
