Role Overview

The Senior Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for aligning IT services with business needs and fostering strong relationships between IT and business units. This role involves working closely with clients across Tech Hub to ensure that IT services and solutions meet business needs, support seamless collaboration, and prioritize initiatives based on value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in business relationship management within global professional services, with a strong understanding of IT support and business process integration.
  • Proven leadership managing technical experts or teams (5–20+), skilled in IT service management and complex problem solving with minimal guidance.
  • Provide strategic advice, set annual priorities aligned with business goals, and drive large, impactful projects.
  • Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management and influential communication to support long-term strategic objectives across business units.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Driving and implementing consistent Tech Governance and demand management strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive business value.
  • Developing and maintaining strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, nurturing partnerships that drive mutual success.
  • Driving the adoption of and improving awareness of the Tech Risk Governance framework across stakeholders, contributing to effective risk management.
