Key Role - Commercial Partnerships Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our commercial partnerships and revenue growth initiatives.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position that requires regular work outside of normal office hours, including weekends. Interstate and intrastate travel may also be required on occasion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic leadership of commercial partnerships and sponsorships
  • Attracting and retaining commercial revenue streams
  • Leading the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives
  • Diversifying independent revenue streams through innovative business strategies
  • Sponsorship strategy execution and partnership cultivation
  • Financial reporting and budget management
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within commercial and/or sponsorship management
  • Tertiary qualification in business or similar, or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting targets
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to plan and deliver commercial outcomes
  • Ability to manage financial resources and deliver budgets effectively
