Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team in managing workers' compensation claims and ensuring timely and effective outcomes for injured workers.

You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end claims process, achieving optimal outcomes for stakeholders and supporting safe and timely return to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims from start to finish, achieving optimal outcomes for injured workers and stakeholders.
  • Apply knowledge of legislation to assess liability, coordinate treatment, and develop sustainable return-to-work plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, treating practitioners, and external providers to drive proactive claims management.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
