Contracts Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team at Willmot Construction Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring timely and accurate cost reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost reporting and forecasting
  • Letting of contracts
  • Use of Jobpac software
  • Scope of works
  • Assess progress claims and subcontract payments
  • Sub-contract contract variations
  • Preparing and submitting variations to the client
  • Some site engineering activities, including managing RFI's, programming, safety audits, and liaising with the client superintendent
Requirements:
  • Between 1-3 years experience as a Contracts Administrator working on high-value commercial and industrial construction projects
  • Experience as a Site Engineer
  • Desirable experience with D&C industrial, retail, shopping centers, and bulky good retail projects
  • Strong communication skills, with good written and verbal skills
  • Enthusiasm and a passion for the industry

  • A strong salary of between $90,000 - $120,000 + Super package
