Located in the picturesque Suffolk countryside, Alton Water Park is a 400-acre haven for water enthusiasts. Our park offers a range of activities, including sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, rowing, raft building, and power boating.

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Watersports Instructor to join our team during our busiest periods, mainly weekends and school holidays. As a Watersports Instructor, you'll provide top-notch tuition and customer service to our visitors, promoting a "One park, one team" ethos.

What does it take to be a Watersports Instructor?

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

1. One of the following qualifications: Valid UKCC level 1 in Kayak & Canoe (minimum), FRST (Foundation Safety Rescue Technician), RYA Senior instructor, RYA Dinghy Instructor, RYA Windsurf Instructor, and an appropriate valid First Aid qualification certificate
2. Excellent customer service skills, particularly in a retail or outdoor environment
3. Excellent communication and social skills
4. Ability to be flexible and willing to learn
