**The opportunity**

We have multiple opportunities for retail leaders to join the Culture Kings across our Sydney CBD and Parramatta stores. Please see below positions available:

- 3IC Assistant Manager, Sydney CBD
- 2IC Assistant Manager, Parramatta Westfield
- 3IC Assistant Manager, Parramatta Westfield

As a Culture Kings store leader you will _INSPIRE_, influence and coach a strong team. You will oversee the daily running of the store and ensure that we operate at a premium level always creating world-class experiences for our customers. This is the pinnacle retail role where you will be at the forefront of street fashion, not just following fashion trends but setting them.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strong leadership and guidance to store staff, including Sales Assistants and other team members.
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment, encouraging teamwork, and promoting a customer-centric culture.
- Prioritize exceptional customer service and lead by example and train staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing inventory, including stock levels, restocking and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate in facilitating training sessions for new hires and ongoing development programs for store staff.
- Drive compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines

**What you will bring**:

- Previous experience in a fashion retail management or leadership role
- Exceptional selling skills with a strong understanding of customer service, we don't just sell, we create long-lasting experiences
- Drive and inspire the team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly budgets
- Quick thinking, with an adaptable attitude to an ever-changing and growing retail environment
- A natural ability to influence, coach and develop the team at an individual level
