  • Design and Development: Create and validate propellants using appropriate tools and techniques, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

  • Prototyping and Testing: Conduct prototyping, troubleshooting, trials, tests, and demonstrations of product designs to ensure they meet performance criteria.

  • Manufacturing Environments: Experience working in design and manufacturing environments, with a strong understanding of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
