This includes providing technical advice and support for transitioning products into manufacture and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Design and Development: Create and validate propellants using appropriate tools and techniques, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Customer Requirements: Interpret customer needs and develop design solutions that translate system requirements into actionable outcomes.
- Prototyping and Testing: Conduct prototyping, troubleshooting, trials, tests, and demonstrations of product designs to ensure they meet performance criteria.
- Technical Documentation: Create, interpret, and analyze Technical Documents to drive decision-making and improve processes.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage technical risks and opportunities to minimize threats and maximize benefits.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Industry Experience: A proven track record in similar roles following Systems Engineering practices for Systems and Sub-Systems: Design, Develop & Qualify the Solution.
- Manufacturing Environments: Experience working in design and manufacturing environments, with a strong understanding of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
