About This Role

The Project Delivery Specialist plays a critical role within the Capital Projects Group at our facility, ensuring the safe and compliant delivery of Commonwealth funded capital investment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project specifications, contracts, and tender assessments, actively participating in development, implementation, and commissioning phases.
  • Under limited guidance, manage multiple concurrent projects, developing engineering solutions that address both process and plant requirements in a Major Hazard Facility.
  • Ensure compliance with HS&E policies and guidelines, coordinating contractors, suppliers, and internal resources as needed.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders within the facility and broader organization to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • A degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification in a chemical, mechanical, electrical, or production discipline.
  • Previous experience in a similar engineering position supporting capital projects.
  • Well-developed project management skills with a proven ability to deliver technical project outcomes in high-risk environments.
  • Strong team skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholder groups.
