Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Strathmerton, VIC for a Production Lead / Electrical Assembler. The Production Lead / Electrical Assembler will be responsible for tasks such as soldering, using power and hand tools, mechanical assembly, and panel wiring. This role involves leading production activities, ensuring product quality, and meeting production deadlines. The candidate will mentor and guide a small dedicated production team to ensure efficient workflow and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in 
    electrical or electronics assembly
     (minimum1 - 2 years ideal).
  • Skilled in soldering, wiring harnesses, and interpreting technical diagrams.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in a hands-on role, with the ability to motivate others and drive results.
  • A

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and keeping calm under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detai

     with a strong commitment to quality standards.
  • Certificate III in Electrical/Electronics (preferred but not essential).
