Product Development Engineer Role

As a Product Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions that meet customer requirements. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to translate system requirements into actionable solutions.

  • Design and develop new propellants using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Interpret customer requirements and provide design solutions.
  • Conduct prototyping, troubleshooting, trials, tests, and demonstrations of the product design.
  • Create, interpret, and analyze Technical Documents.
  • Identify, assess, and manage technical risks and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and trial new propellants, providing technical advice and support for transition to manufacture.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate system requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and mitigate technical risks.
Requirements:
  • Industry experience in a similar role following Systems Engineering practices for Systems and Sub-Systems: Design, Develop & Qualify the Solution.
  • Experience in design and manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
