About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our Residential Sales team at Beaumont Tiles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise directly with builders, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Support the sales force with general administrative duties, including data entry, database maintenance, and order management.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with internal divisions, such as procurement, warehousing, and logistics teams, to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Problem-solve any on-site issues that may arise and achieve timely resolutions.
Requirements
  • Be a customer service superstar with high-level organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Be proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
  • Be confident, professional, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative.
  • Be highly competent in Excel and other Microsoft suite products.
