We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, with expertise in leading large-scale technology-related projects.
This is a permanent role that offers a flexible work arrangement. We welcome applications from candidates based in Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective change strategies to minimize disruption to business operations.
- Liaise with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes on customers and colleagues.
- Lead end-to-end change planning and delivery, ensuring seamless transitions for impacted groups.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and teams to support consistent change delivery.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and adherence to change frameworks.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in complex organisational change management, including experience in financial services and/or insurance.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities while delivering outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of driving business results through others.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear language.
