- You will devise and execute optimal pricing strategies for customers and the business, considering overall fees, menu prices, and marketing strategy.
- You will optimize fee structures locally through hands-on operational levers and launch new products through collaboration with international teams.
- Through optimized pricing structures, you will create value for consumers and the business, seeing tangible and immediate results.
- You will lead Australia's Affordability workstream, collaborating with other S&O teams, finance strategy, analytics, product, and more.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6-9+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, product, technology, banking, analytics or related experience.
- Strong business acumen, identifying 'so what' from data, interdependencies between teams, and translating them into operational strategies.
- A relentless problem solver, operating at the lowest level of detail, but comfortable thinking long-term and inspiring a team.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership, comfortable in a highly-visible role, able to collaborate and influence effectively, and 'set-the-pace' for the rest of the business.
- Proven analytical skills, delivering actionable recommendations; advanced Excel skills and competency in SQL and dashboards required.
