Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality customer care and make a positive impact in people's lives. As a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing workplace rehabilitation services to help individuals regain their independence and achieve their goals.

About the Role:

  • Undertake site, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to develop effective outcomes that meet the needs of all parties involved.
  • Design, implement and monitor programs that support injured employees in returning to work, including evidence-based psychological interventions.
  • Conduct various assessments using clinical skills, including initial assessments, treatment plans and vocational assessments for injured workers.

What You'll Bring:

  • Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counsellor.
  • A willingness to travel and possess a current vehicle and driver's license.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a keen sense of punctuality.
