As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in promoting workplace safety and well-being for Australians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses
  • Conduct assessments, including initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics, and activities of daily living
  • Specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate clients (e.g. audiometry, spirometry, D&A testing)
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications, and interests
  • Effectively manage client cases to plan, coordinate, and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals
