Meetings & Events Business Development & Accounts ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Sydney. As part of our dynamic sales team, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets, building strategic partnerships, and representing our premium brand across the Pacific region.
Your focus will be split between Business Development (50%) — securing new clients, partnerships, and opportunities to expand market share — and Account Management (50%) — nurturing and growing existing client relationships while ensuring seamless event delivery from planning to post-stay.
This exciting opportunity requires an individual who thrives on building strong relationships and driving business growth. You will have the ability to generate ideas, prioritize and manage several different tasks at once, and provide commercial direction. The ideal candidate will be confident presenting to clients, partners, and at industry events.

- Great negotiation & analytical skills

The position is based in Sydney and requires a proven background in both business development and account management within hospitality, travel, or MICE industries. Familiarity with our products and services is an advantage.
