Job Title

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional people services and contributing to the success of our organization.

As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on human resources matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. You will also be involved in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to inform business decisions.

This is a full-time role based in Campbelltown, with opportunities for progression and career development. We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including free parking on site.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on human resources matters
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Recruit, onboard, and train employees
  • Manage employee relations, including conflicts and grievances
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
