Account Development Executive

The role entails leading the relationship between assigned key accounts in the Pharma and Applied Markets sector. The Account Development Executive is accountable for developing strategic relationships with senior levels within the account to advance business opportunities.

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for assigned accounts, incorporating business unit level goals and objectives.
  • Lead the interface between the account and organization.
  • Align proposals and offerings to company objectives by working with business unit product management and sales teams.
Key Requirements:
  • Results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to articulate and communicate business opportunities effectively.
  • Skilled in establishing relationships and networks across departments and divisions.

This role requires travel of 30-40% and adherence to OHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

The ideal candidate will have formal tertiary qualifications and minimum of 3 years experience as a strategic account executive or similar role. A track record of successful performance in a fast-paced, dedicated and high-intensity environment is essential.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to translate complex information into implementable strategies and drive results. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills to establish relationships and networks across departments and divisions.
