Job Title: Facade Contract Administrator

Overview:

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our business, coordinating facade projects from inception to completion.

  • Lead Health and Safety (HSEQ) initiatives to ensure subcontractors meet rigorous safety standards.
  • Manage contract administration, claims, notices, and variations with precision.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including tendering and negotiations to secure top talent.
  • Enhance quality by supporting Quality Assurance (QA) processes and ensuring supplier compliance.
  • Maintain financial accuracy through management of forecasting and cash flow monitoring.
  • Act as a player-coach, mentoring and collaborating across departments to solve complex problems efficiently.
  • Promote continuous improvement of facade systems and processes within the organization.
  • Foster effective communication with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly.

To succeed in this role, you will need a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, along with experience interpreting and administering head contracts and managing subcontractor agreements. The ideal candidate will possess high attention to detail, a solid grasp of building legislation, and proven ability to draft contracts and manage cost control systems.
