Job Title: Facade Contract Administrator

The role we have available is for a skilled Contract Administrator to join our Facades team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future of our business as we expand and grow.

This position works closely with Project Managers to support the successful execution of projects, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly from start to finish.

The successful candidate will gain valuable knowledge across contract management, procurement, financial management, material and installation coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Safety is a top priority, and this role will ensure that subcontractors meet our HSEQ standards.
  • This includes managing contract claims, notices of delay/EOTs, latent conditions, variations, retentions and bank guarantees.
  • Tenders and procurements need to be carefully managed, including price comparisons, pre-awards and negotiations.
  • This role also supports quality assurance processes, defect tracking, and ensuring supplier compliance with standards.
  • A high level of financial acumen is required, with responsibilities including cash flow, forecasting, progress claims, invoicing, and Jobpac tracking.
  • This role will mentor and collaborate with other teams to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • We are looking for someone who can contribute to continuous improvement and help evolve our facade systems, processes, and documentation.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
