Project Administrator - Facade Management

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Queensland's fastest-growing facade company and play a pivotal role in shaping our future. As a Project Administrator, you will work closely with Project Managers to support the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HSEQ initiatives to ensure a safety-first culture across all projects.
  • Manage project administration, including claims, notices, latent conditions, and variations.
  • Procure materials and services rigorously, ensuring best value for clients.
  • Lift quality by supporting quality assurance processes and ensuring supplier compliance.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, forecasting, and progress claims.
  • Mentor and collaborate across McNab to solve problems efficiently.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, evolving facade systems, processes, and documentation.
Requirements

We seek a motivated individual eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related field.
  • Experience interpreting and administering contracts, managing subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in reading construction drawings, writing scopes, and using construction software.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail, prioritising tasks across multiple projects.
  • Solid grasp of building legislation and offshore supply agreements.
  • Proven ability to draft contracts, manage cost control systems, and document control.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
