About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end commercial and government builds across Brisbane, working closely with our client on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing the entire project cycle, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring quality and safety processes are maintained accurately. Based in Brisbane, you will be a key part of tier 1 projects across South East Queensland, with growing exposure to a diverse and growing pipeline of large-scale projects and builds nationwide.

  • Coordinate all project resources, including materials, labour, and subcontractors, to meet program milestones.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement through to delivery and installation.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with industry leaders, including Tier 1 builders, architects, and consultants.
  • Uphold standards of quality, compliance, and safety through hands-on leadership and regular site inspections.
  • Deliver accurate project reports, proactively identify risks, and implement timely solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-10+ years' proven experience as a Project Manager within façade, glazing, or cladding systems.
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex, large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning software (e.g. MS Project or similar)
