Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of remedial and strengthening works across a range of civil infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site teams and subcontractors, coordinating project execution, and maintaining the structural integrity of bridges, buildings, marine structures, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, fostering a strong safety-first culture.
  • Develop and implement QSE plans, work procedures, and SWMS with project engineers.
  • Manage subcontractors and internal site teams to ensure high-quality project execution.
  • Plan and coordinate labour, plant, equipment, and materials to meet program and budget targets.
  • Train site personnel and enforce compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Conduct and document safety prestarts and site inspections.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven experience (4+ years) as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in remedial or civil construction, with expertise in concrete repairs, structural strengthening, and coatings.

A background in facade upgrades, steel and carbon-fibre strengthening is preferred, as is experience with shotcrete and hydro-demolition.

The successful candidate will also possess strong subcontractor management and leadership skills, proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and site management software.
