Our client is a Engineering Consultancy based in St Leonards. This is an excellent local opportunity for an office professional who thrives in a small business environment supporting a team. You'll be someone who loves to help out wherever needed to assist in the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office.

Providing support to a team of 18 staff, day-to-day duties include:

- Managing reception, answering calls, meeting & greeting visitors, couriers
- Monitoring and ordering office and kitchen supplies, stationery
- Assisting the Accountant with tasks including debtor follow up correspondence, invoicing, timesheet management and electronic filing
- Providing administration and project support - contracts and document preparation
- Assisting with insurance review & QA processes
- Running office errands as needed including mail and supplies
- Organising office social events

Whilst full training can be provided in the role, office administration experience is essential and any prior experience in an Engineering (or similar) environment would be highly regarded. MS Office skills are essential and MYOB experience is preferred (but not essential).

This is a full time in-office position with standard hours 8.30am - 5.00pm and the offices are located close to St Leonards station. Salary guide is $70,000 - $75,000 + Super, negotiable depending on experience.
