About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team at Partale. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and providing trusted, authentic, efficient, and valuable recruitment assistance and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients, including drafting job descriptions and job ads, posting online to relevant job boards, and monitoring applications.
  • Form, maintain, and prioritize strong relationships with clients, building a connection from the job brief meeting and throughout.
  • Complete phone screen and reference check tasks to a high standard and in order to unearth quality candidates for our clients.
  • Manage the Partale and Partale Talent LinkedIn recruiter seat and execute talent searches for our clients in partnership with the Senior Consultant or Lead Advisor.
  • Screen applications and find out key candidate information such as role and salary expectations.
  • Check working rights and visa information.
  • Be responsible for maintaining and updating our ATS, Workable, capturing key data and insights from our recruitment activity to assist us in growing and scaling our business.
  • Assist with interview scheduling across the business and client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with the HR Associate to track probation periods, monitor the success of the candidate, and check in with the new hire to keep the relationship strong.
  • Assist the HR Associate to initiate and track background check processes.
Requirements
  • Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Sound knowledge of related legislation related to best practice and lawful recruitment processes.
  • Capability and confidence in Microsoft Office, as well as willingness to learn new technology platforms.
  • Any knowledge of visa and migration law would be highly desirable.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to assist with report writing, candidate summaries, and job adverts.
  • Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter experience and ability to best optimize the product (including Boolean search, talent pool, InMail) is essential.
  • SEEK Premium talent insights search experience.
