Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Search Coordinator to join our team at Marsh McLennan. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and has excellent communication skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment life cycle. This includes providing comprehensive Excel and PowerPoint reporting, developing executive search tools and documents, and managing calendars, preparing meeting materials, and handling correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reports on candidate interactions, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics to internal stakeholders.
  • Tool and Document Development: Ensure the precise and accurate development of executive search tools and documents, including candidate slates and Statements of Work (SOW) for Hiring Managers.
  • Executive Assistance: Provide administrative support to the Global Talent Acquisition Leader, including diary management, travel, and expenses.
  • Candidate and Client Journey Management: Oversee the organization of candidate and client experiences during the executive search candidate life cycle.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure an optimum colleague experience, including complex interview scheduling.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with C-Suite Executives, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-level professional services.
Requirements
  • Advanced Skills: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, PowerBI experience, and working knowledge of Workday as a recruitment platform.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with C-Suite executives and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
