About The Project

We're proud to be delivering the M7 - M12 Interchange, a major project that will improve travel times and road congestion for residents and enhance freight movement throughout Western Sydney.

About The Role

We're seeking a skilled Community Relations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating and liaising with stakeholders, including suppliers, subcontractors, and senior management, to resolve queries and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Analyzing data and preparing reports to support contract management.
  • Maintaining and organizing office files, records, and documents.
  • Assisting with financial tasks, such as budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Developing and implementing programs to promote community engagement, health, and government initiatives.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination between community groups and organizations.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Previous experience working with a Tier 1 contractor in an administration role.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
