About the Role
">We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Service Planning and Delivery team. The successful candidate will drive high quality public early learning services in NSW, delivering strategic advice and managing a team of experts.
This is an opportunity for a dynamic leader to make a real impact on education in NSW, driving improved outcomes for children through effective policy design and implementation.
The Director, Service Planning and Delivery will work closely with stakeholders across the department to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulation, while also providing support for new public early learning services.
">Requirements
">- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in managing ECEC services and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulation.
- In-depth understanding of the National Quality Framework and child safety requirements.
- Extensive experience at a senior level in a large complex organisation.
About You
">You must hold a valid clearance to work with children and be committed to the values of public education. A dynamic leader with extensive experience in ECEC and senior management is required.
You will have knowledge of the National Quality Framework, child safety requirements, and Aboriginal Education Policy.
