About the Role
The People & Culture Business Partner plays a key role as a strategic partner to leadership and management, aligning people practices with business goals. As a trusted advisor on various people-related issues, you will serve employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. Utilising data-driven insights and industry best practices, this multifaceted role supports the navigation of complex business challenges, implements effective people solutions, and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management, ensuring adherence to best practices and legal compliance.
- Implementing and overseeing People & Culture services, solutions, and programs to enhance performance, productivity, and diversity and inclusion.
- Analysing People data to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and key indicators, driving data-driven decision-making.
- Managing risk related to employee relations, compliance, and organisational practices, acting as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Supporting and developing managers and teams, aligning People initiatives with business strategy and values.
- Contributing to group projects and change initiatives, ensuring the implementation of HR best practices and quality standards.
About You
This role would be suitable for a candidate with significant experience within a HR Generalist or Business Partnering position, with a keen and invested interest in Employee Relations. Essential qualifications include Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
