About the Position- Develop formulation-driven therapy plans and deliver evidence-based psychological interventions
- Conduct complex forensic assessments and provide responsive, person-centred therapies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treating teams across Townsville, North West QLD, and Mackay to support continuity of care
- Provide consultation-liaison services to healthcare providers
- Mentor and supervise less experienced clinicians
- Lead training and capacity-building initiatives across mental health teams

- Four-year Psychology degree (Honours or Graduate Diploma) and registration with AHPRA

- Experience in forensic mental health or working with complex clinical presentations
