Youth Mental Health Specialist

This role provides high-quality assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the individual needs of young people.
As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health assessments, case management, and intervention or group work as required.
You will also be involved in liaising with senior clinicians to monitor and manage client pathways, support referral triage, and support transitions to other services within the community.
In addition, you will participate in the provision of appropriate mental health education programs for health professionals, community-based services, and community groups as required.
Furthermore, you will contribute to the identification, development, and implementation of quality and service improvement activities that continually improve client care and enhance the delivery of services within a multidisciplinary team and the service.
Key Responsibilities:
