About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to lead our media and communications team at Randstad Australia. As EL2 Director, Media and Communications, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of media and communications professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality communications outcomes.
  • Develop and implement media and communications plans to achieve business objectives, including media relations, crisis communications, and internal communications.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on communications and media-related matters, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, government, and community groups.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive media and communications budget, ensuring effective use of resources.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior communications role, with a strong track record of delivering effective communications outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong media and communications skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective communications strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Australian citizenship.
