**The role**:
We are looking for atechnically savvy Customer Success Manager who possesses a strong drive for results. Your duties will include:
- Building relationships with customers, help them with issues and continually delight them with a positive, customer centric attitude.
- Working with customers to ensure they are leveraging acta effectively and finding value in our services.
- Becoming an acta expert and educate customers on the use and benefits of acta's tools while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to product management and engineering.
- Working closely with senior management to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues.
You will provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support and handle customer complaints and requests.
**About You**:
Regardless of whether you are tech savvy and have 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, customer success, customer support or account management, you will be ridiculously passionate about the music, entertainment and events industries (industry experience is awesome but not essential). Otherwise, you'll be an excellent communicator, with great copywriting skills and the ability to prioritise your work and manage projects. To be the perfect fit for acta, you'll be a confident, high energy, self-motivated team player.

**Salary**: $66,000.00 per year
