Business Development Associate

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding our new host community, providing coaching content, and helping shape our onboarding process.

You will need to have strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a subject matter expert in running a successful business, sharing knowledge and best practices with our hosts
  • Educate our host community on how to succeed by producing bespoke coaching calls, guides, video content, and webinars
  • Develop and execute a community engagement strategy, organize member events, and ensure our community's voice is heard across the company
