Key Responsibilities- Deliver CA coaching programs to enhance customer service skills
- Ensure best practices in customer service are followed in all clinics
- Monitor and evaluate training delivered to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare training plans for identified areas of improvement
- Train through a variety of methodologies, including e-learning, online, and face-to-face sessions
- Conduct induction programs for new joiners
- Administer on-the-job training to ensure seamless integration
- Develop and update training modules to reflect industry best practices
- Completion of year 12 or equivalent
- Worked in a client-facing role for a minimum of 2 years
- Passion for training and service excellence
- Confident public speaking skills
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel interstate and hold a valid driver's license
- Highly organized and deadline-driven
- Proven CA with the ability to deliver results
